CHATEAU ERGENEKON conducts its production operations in the quaint village of Bigalı, nestled within Eceabat. Situated within a building steeped in local history, once serving as a wheat warehouse, the site now stands as a testament to preservation, having been restored by the Ergenekon family in 2015. Transformed into a contemporary winery, the facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment including stainless steel tanks, a grape press, cooling system, and filling unit, all acquired through the generous support of European Union grants.
Dedicated to sustainable practices, Chateau Ergenekon exclusively processes organic grapes sourced only from its own vineyards, yielding approximately 30,000 liters of wine annually. Upholding the same standards observed in the vineyard, cleanliness and precision are paramount throughout the production process, ensuring the integrity and quality of each bottle.
