To let your wine age gracefully, store it in a cool, dark space with a consistent temperature of 10–15°C and gentle humidity between 60–70%. Lay the bottles on their sides to keep the corks moist and protect their delicate character. Shield them from light, vibrations, and strong odors, allowing them the quiet and stillness they need to evolve beautifully over time.

We hold a deep affection for animals and are delighted to extend a warm welcome to your pets. However, we kindly advise that during the summer months, our garden may be home to mother cats caring for their kittens. While we embrace the presence of pets, we must caution that, on occasion, the mother cats may exhibit protective behavior. No, our vineyards are located in the Kabatepe area, while our winery is situated within the village of Bigalı.

Our grapes are proudly certified organic. We strictly adhere to organic farming practices, avoiding the use of herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers in our vineyard. In the winery, we also prioritize sustainability by refraining from using chemical cleaning agents. Instead, we rely on pressurized water and steam for cleaning, ensuring our processes remain environmentally friendly and aligned with our commitment to purity.
